TGIF. thank, God. the weekend’s finally here. it feels like ages since i had a decent rest. the past week was nauseating to say the least. stress levels were through the roof, and to think that we haven’t done any serious/complete practices for our ’shows’ (conceited and darn proud of it) happening in a couple of weeks, days even.
but the i’m sure that we can pull everything off, while bagging all the prizes. Haha. i’m pretty amped about next week’s eliminations. for once, we’re going totally out our comfort zones. i mean, no bigkasan or overly dramatic tableaux whatsoever. it’s a gamble; i know 3C is willing to take that risk. and for once we’re doing a presentation where we’re actually happy. Haha. Viva La France! French bread!
anywhoo. recap of today:
it was a crazy morning. everbody was trying to catch up on some last minute reviews for the scheduled Filipino quiz, only to discover that there won’t be any quiz. rejoice! i can’t say that i’m uberly prepared for a quiz on Noli. Haha. instead we’ll be having sabayan practice. it’s happening all over again. Haha.
let’s just say that i’m not the impromptu kind of guy. i need a certain amount of time to collect and organize, and organize my thoughts some more to come up with something that remotely resembles a decent speech.
it’s pretty disturbing for me to say this, but i’m actually enjoying chemistry. i usually don’t since it’s boring as hell, but quite interesting during the past few days. horray for electronic configurations and orbitals. Haha.
crazy sabayan/cultural thingy practice. we were all so giddy and relaxed. maybe it’s because we’ve already won, and the immense pressure of it all is finally off. Haha. sapat na ba ang biscotcho(sp?). Hahahaha. math was bleh as usual. groupwork thingy. worked with Jama and Marc.
lunch can summed up in these words:
a sudden onrush of rage and utter madness all thanks to the workings of a mindless, and very insensitive group of people. hay nako, Bella. let them go on talking about crap they don’t have definite grasp on. let them go on making specticles of themselves as the asinine and fatuous little mokeys that they are.
don’t i get enough stress already that these kind of people need to show up and talk sh*t about you. gaahd. relax. calm down, Harry. Haha.
we missed Sr. Mallari today. he was out, so we ended up with Ms. Dasmarinas. we spent most of the period trying to answer that hell-sih quiz. me and Jama had no idea what we were doing. good thing other people did. Haha. music was great. the 3 groups finally got to perform their presentations. Roman, dude, grabe. Haha. the rest of the time, we got to practice for the Eco-Songfest.
a bunch of the guys decided just chill in the classroom and practice ballroom. Haha. seriously, addicting. a classroom full of spinning girls and akward guys was an unusual but very refreshing sight. even the SIIGE people got into the craze. basic — basic — close — and — close. Haha. naaliw naman ako sa ’special’ crayons ni Lisette, diba? of all the things. Haha.
moved to the Cafetorium. we watched a people play, and volleyball practices. nothing really interesting was happening, so i opted to treat myself to chocolate twinpopsies. delight. Haha. and continued on with my usual doodles accompanied by the sweet, sweet tunes from my ipod. when the manong shooed as away, me and Chi stayed at the plantbox while the rest of the people followed. Trixie went on with her soccer doodles even the rest of the way home.
know, i’m currently in a deep conversation with the ever erudite Lance about the tragic story that is the House of Romanov. it’s basically Anastasia. Haha.
Unwind! i’m in dire desperation.
seriously.
