that is all thanks to that damn Home Economics project. argh.
anyway. i promised that i’ll recount my saturday happenings, so here goes.
i woke up later than usual, like 10am, it’s a big break for me considering that i usually wake up 7 in the morning, during the weekends. i had a quick breakfast, then headed to Dasma for the supposed Engish play practice. so my mom dropped me off, then i waited for Lance outside. i didn’t want to get it since there was a big black dog guarding the golden gates of Jr’s house. little that i know or noticed that it was all tied up.
when i got there, the place was already jammed pack by people, by people, i mean the same people who i notice comes to every practice. so props to you guys, tsk to the others. hahahaha.
Guys, effort naman. hahahahahaha.
nevertheless, i guess we don’t have the right to get angry. we basically didn’t do anything during our stay there, besides the actors i mean. when i got there, i got surprised to know that the Props Committee doesn’t have a meeting. we haven’t gotten anytthing done except the windows. cramming is the way to go? hahaha. anyway, to pass the time away, i just drifted from seat to seat trying either listening to people’s conversations or trying to learn how stitch that damn HE project. hahaha
thank God for my Ipod itfor keeping me company during dull moments. it has now since been jammed with music that i’ve been putting off for a long time now.
i’m still raving about Paramore.
anyway. we basically talked the whole day about the usual, meaning about random stuff. then, the pizza arrived. horay for JR and his endless resources. hahahaha. the pizza was gone in about 30 minutes?!obvious DH people. i think our chats about our rants about life ate up the day. we were soon headed for Starbucks and wait for our rides there.
too bad only a few people were able to stay. people started to go home earlier than the usual. anyway, the rest of the people there had our coffee fixes. i strayed away from my usual drink and ordered a Chocolate Frappe. it was alright to say the least. but what really made my day was the Cinnammon Swirl. yuummmeeh.
my mom picked me up, we went to Rockwell to buy some dinner. Oliver’s carbonara was heaven! and partnering it with a bucket of buttered popcorn wasn’t a bad idea either. then i was home and more quickly than i expected, asleep.
. . .
now Sunday. my day was kind of bleh. i got up early to get a head start on that damn HE project.(notice the repititive use of the word "damn") hahahaha. this is where it really got a bit painful. my fingers got numb because of the pain. i guess. hahaha. after breakfast and a long bath, i went to mass with my mom. to her distain, it was the priest she didn’t like who presided with the mass we were gonna attend. then i noticed someone in a blue dress who was looking at me or vice versa. i can’t really remember.
to my surprise, it was Miro. i think. i’m not really sure. hahahahah. but, Miro, if you’re reading this i’m sorry i didn’t say hi. i was afraid that i was gonna say hi to a complete stranger. hahahaha.
my day pretty went slow up to that point. i finished up on some homework and my share of campaign material. i watched a dozen of shows this afternoon. one of which was Fashion Rocks and a countless re-runs of The Oscars and Fashion Police. hahahaha. to keep me preoccupied, i went all out with the food. buttered corn was yuuuuuuuuum. hahahahaha.
i know. PIG!
anyway. i had fun while my weekend lasted. i’m hoping for a better week. it’s gonna be one heck of a week. with the rally, elections, research defense, filipino musical, statistics graphs, and english play practices, i’m lucky if i don’t die. hahahaha.
on the plus side, close friends are gonna turn sixteen soon. Yiheeee! wow, we’re really getting old. party!
hahahahahahahahaha.
by the way, it’s Monday tomorrow.
kill me. please.
surprisingly, i’ve got a bajillion stuff to do.
sad as it may seem, i had a relatively good saturday.
kind of dull; nevertheless, fun. and i shall recount everything tomorrow.
hopefully. hahahahaha.
“Unsurpassed Beauty”
Unsurpassed beauty. To the nescient eye, an image like this would only signify a mere picture of beauty, something which is very bare and reoccurring. It is nothing more and nothing less. But to someone who is erudite and who longs to uncover the truth behind the many events occurring around him, being a witness to an amazing event like this connotes a calling. It would connote a mission. I would stir in him the will to fulfill an duty to himself and to others. To witness such beauty, one must realize that it is his obligation as a human being to protect and preserve it. As humans, it comes with our birth the responsibility to care and to preserve the beauty everything has to offer, and it comes with the obligation to protect it from anything that my tarnish or in anyway degrade its splendor.
