Mother-son Bonding
as all of you can see, i have been away from the computer from quite a while. well, that's becuse i've been spending alot of my time helping my mommy-dearest fix the new apartment. hehe. here's a recap of the happenings of this week.
- - May 7 & 8 - -
everything went as planned. nothing really special happened. swimming in the afternoon. yada-yada. i've been fixing my room like hell lately. haha. while rummaging through piles and piles of stuff inside my cabinet, you can't help look down memory lane and give a nice big *SIGH*.
actually, i found a lot of cool stuff. i found my old glasses which i used way back in my Harry Potter-days. good times. haha. i've been using them ever since outside the house for no good reason. haha. i found old pictures of moi, friends, and some people i don't remember anymore.
- - May 9 - -
i got up super early in the morning, so i can go with my mom to Annaque?! i dont remember the place but i know its in Binondo, Manila. the place was kinda scary. hehe. i kinda joked about it being the "slums" and got in trouble for it. hehe. my mom told me that that place was like booming with business and was the ideal place to buy thingys for the building of the new house. waatever. haha. ( wats with grammar?!) anyways, we didnt find anything and i was tired like hell.
then she took me to this mall. the things there are super CHEAP $$$!!! i found 2 new board shorts. haha. yey for me. then we went to another mall where it was even more CHEAP $$$!!! i bought 2 new shades, and a new cargo! wohoo! my mom bought gifts for the cousins.
after we left for WalterMart near Don Bosco for lunch. we had Japanese. then went to this Home Depot. we didnt find any of the right tiles. then headed to another place where we were successful! but i had to wait for HOURS!
thank God for J.R.R Tolkien. i've been really hooked with his book, the Hobbit. it kinda gives a chance for another hobbit to enter the limelight. anyways, after we were done, we went straight to the apartment. and to tell you the truth. that was not an enjoyable ride. everything was shoved inside the car. spent a little time with the cousins then went home.

we went to greenhills really early to look for mother's day gifts. and a chance for my mom to leave hints of what she wanted. haha. i just love walking around greenhills for super cheap stuff. i bought 2 new shoes and no they are not FAKE. i'm falling for Diesel Shoes. then went around some more. and then she found this bag that i think she really wanted… (soo, i'm going back there tom to buy it for mother's day. haha. i hope i have the money…)
moving on, we bought new PJ's for the cousins. i didnt get to buy dvd's or games for the PS2. cuz there was a RAID. haha. kinda scary. there were alot of talk among the tinderas. and i saw alot of military people and a truck of policemen. scarrrry!. then we went around some more. haha. we ate at our favorite restaurant there. then went home.
i was achin' all over so i convinced my mom that i can't train. so i didn't yey for me.

the day went along as usual. i went to school around 3 o'clock. then trained. while swimming, i ponder on somethings i really just can't get. too bad i forgot all of them. haha. and i was kinda surprised that while swimming, i suddenly fell asleep for a little while. i'm not sure if that's possible, but hey! don't take my word for it. haha. (dunno if that made sense) after swimming, the parents ordered YELLOWCAB!!! yey. the best pizza for the best swimmers. haha. watever. then went home really full. haha!

there come's a time in your life when you meet a special someone. a special someone that serves as an outlet. that someone, can be a source of strength. that someone listens to your every whim and call. that special someone, can give you access to every inch to the world. thats why, i consider DELL to be my special someone. haha?! some of you might even have a DELL in your life. cause it comes in a box and sold in computer shops nationwide. haha!
Dell's my laptop! haha?! anyways, it seems like everyday, i spend hours with it. haha?! i know some of you might have the same problem. spending hours with an inanimate chunk of metal?! i know ryte?! haha
this day was kinda slow. i spent the day compiling the best pics that i have. i had it printed out so i can stick'em in my cork-board. and that would be a step in my attempt to fix the clutterness of my room. haha. we left for san juan. then spent the whole day here. i love it here.
here, i can spend time with the family. have someone to talk to. play with the cousins, usually jack'stones. haha. they have the best food here. haha. and they have super fast internet here, compared to my dial-up back home. hehe.
Same Old, Same Old
well. nothing really special came about today. my mom brought home this breakfast burger from jolibee. its like this pancake sandwhich thingy. it tasted like crap! it didnt taste anything like my mcmuffin from mcdo. no comparison actually. haha
enough of the criticism. i went to swimming as usual. met up with lance again. he went jogging with me for a little while. like 1 lap?! haha. anyways after he went, trainings started. this was the most intense work-out of the whole week. i dunno if coach is in a bad mood or something. but still it was hell. haha. then went home.
i'm really looking forward to this weekend. i get to spend time with the cousins. planning to watch spidey3. been wanting to watch that since tuesday. haha. then, some of the etchies want to go to the mall. dunno if i could make it but still. its something to look forward to. love those guys!

I Need a Solution
i have this problem. everynight, starting this summer, i'm having a hard time sleeping at night. i think its a really bad case of insomnia. everynight i sleep at around 3-4 o'clock in the morning. that's when i dont force myself to sleep. if i dont force myself to feel drowsy, i can stay up the whole day. that's why i hate summer. i need help. i need a solution. so if you have any suggestions, i badly need it. haha. drama?!
that's why i tried to wake up early ths morning. i kept on going back to bed. nonetheless, i still woke up 12. which gave me a really bad headache! grr. still went to training though.
saw lance walking. we went to the gym together. then we talked for a little while. he went home na when i needed to start jogging na. 20 laps around the pool. whoho!! super tiring. anyways. i was really worried cuz' there was only two of us training. which ensured harder work outs. haha. but thank god. more came. but the work out was still hard.
i'm trying to fix my room. i got inspired by trixie's room. haha. super organized. compared to her room, my room looked like s**t. excuse the language. haha. baste. i'm trying to organize the best pictures that i have, so i can stick them up on my clip board. soo yeah. thanks best!

woke up all the same. then spent the day with the family since they don't have work and i dont have training. haha. i started to get ready for the fiesta. then headed for lance's house. i actually got a little lost trying to find lance's house. haha.
when i found them, lance and jaemi, the girls started to come out of the brgy. hall. we saw trixie with her family. she was wearing this princessy-ish pink (duh?!) dress. it was kinda funny seeing her ride this timbourine thing with the horse and everything. way cool. before the parade started roman showed up. then away we go! watever?! haha
we went around the brgy. which was super fun. but very HOT! haha. there was alot of commotion when the horses started to REJUVENATE and we crossed the main roards which caused traffic?! hehe?! lance discovered he was scared of horses which was a plus. haha. it was an experience.
then we went to trixie's house for dinner. loved the food. haha. then trixie toured us around their house. then we crashed her sister's room where we stayed a whole lot. haha. played LIFE, GUESS WHO, SCRABBLE, CARDS! super fun. me and roman won in LIFE! haha. but i sucked at SCRABBLE. i got the lowest score! haha!
i went home at 11:30?! super late. haha. loved this day! i got to spend the day with the best people. i got to eat the best food. the BEST! haha

like kei, i’m a fan of both. but i can’t deny that HP is more well-written than the twilight series. 
but then again both of them got me hooked.
it’s all a matter of opinion, really. some like HP, some prefer Twilight, the rest may like some other book or series. the comparisons are all quite subjective. that’s how it is, i suppose. doesn’t change anything.
haha. i’m a fan of both series, so there’ no bias in my opinion. all i can say is how can a series at the top of this list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_books#Claims_of_at_least_100_million_copies not trump a series not even on this list? oh well, maybe someday. 
jones, reading your blog makes me miss those long entries. haha. anyway..
sorry i bestowed a litany upon your chatbox. guess i should’ve posted on the comments area instead. teehee. 
you might’ve anticipated that i wouldn’t NOT comment — being a HARDCORE FAN(ATIC) of something would, most possibly affect your opinion on things other than what you’re drooling over. so, let fanatics speak of what they love, and NOT throw crap about what other people love, just because it’s different. and, no, i don’t think Twilight emphasizes on crap about controlling boyfriends and detachment from humanity — obviously, the hardcore HP fanatic merely scratched the surface. Twilight’s actually about the complexities of love, the complexities THAT GO with loving someone, and the strength and potency that love holds, regardless of its victim — at least, according to me. yes, that sounded CORNY, and yes, vampires, as far as the real world can tell, do not exist. but that’s my two cents in. fathom THAT!
